Free validation beta. EntryNova is in free validation beta. We prepare and check your application using verified official sources. We are not a government authority and have no affiliation with any government. Where an application must be lodged through an official government system, we direct you to it.

Terms of Service

1. Who we are

EntryNova is a service operated by Svetlana Melichova, an individual established in Ireland. EntryNova is a trading name, not a company: there is no registered company behind this service, and no company is implied anywhere on this site.

Contact: [email protected]

We are not registered for VAT and no business name is registered with the CRO. If either changes, the number will appear here before we charge anyone.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Svetlana Melichova. "You" means the person who creates an account or uses the service.

2. What this service is — and what it is not

We help travellers prepare applications for travel authorisations such as e-visas and electronic travel authorisations.

We are a private service, operated by a private individual. We are not a government body, an embassy, a consulate, or an agent of any government. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting under authority delegated from any immigration authority. No page of this service should be read as an official government communication.

We do not decide anything. Whether a travel authorisation is granted, refused or revoked is decided solely by the relevant government authority. Whether you are admitted at a border is decided solely by the border officer of the destination country. Neither decision is ours, and neither can be promised, guaranteed, accelerated or influenced by us.

You are always free to apply directly to the authority yourself, usually at lower cost, without using this service. Our fee buys preparation, checking and support — not access, and not a better chance of approval.

3. What we actually do for each product

What we are permitted to do differs by destination, because each authority sets its own rules. We publish the level for every product and we do not exceed it.

3.1 Preparation and handoff

For these products we do not submit anything on your behalf. We prepare and check your application, then you lodge it yourself on the official site. We give you the official link and instructions.

ProductGovernment fee (payable by you, directly to the authority)
Vietnam e-visa (tourist)USD 25 single entry / USD 50 multiple entry
Cambodia e-visa (tourist, Visa T)USD 30

No official statement permits a third party to submit these applications, so we do not.

3.2 Assisted

ProductGovernment fee
Kenya eTA (tourist)USD 30 standard / additional USD 100 for expedited processing

For Kenya, the authority permits an application to be made on a traveller's behalf, provided the traveller's information is supplied and the application records that it is made on their behalf. Where we do this:

  • the application is completed only through the official Kenya eTA website or the official mobile application. There is no other lawful place to file it, and we never operate a parallel submission surface;
  • one application per traveller. We do not batch;
  • a specialist reviews the prepared application before anything is lodged.

We do not determine whether your nationality is exempt from the Kenya eTA. We have not recorded the official exemption lists and we will not guess at them. Before you pay, check on the official site whether you need an eTA at all. If you pay and it turns out you were exempt, tell us and we refund our fee in full, even if we have already started work.

We never bypass, automate around, or attempt to defeat any security control of a government system — including CAPTCHA, authentication, identity checks, electronic signatures, rate limits and anti-automation measures. If completing your application would require doing so, we stop and hand it back to you with an explanation. This is a hard limit and it is not negotiable, including at your request.

3.3 Changes to the level

If an authority changes its rules, the level for that product changes with it. If that happens after you have paid but before we have completed the work, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund of our fee.

4. Fees, and why government fees are shown separately

Our fee: EUR 24.90 for the first traveller in an application, EUR 12.45 for each additional traveller.

Government fees are not ours. We display them so you can see the true total cost of your trip, but:

  • we never add a margin to a government fee;
  • we never combine a government fee with our fee into a single figure;
  • unless we have told you explicitly and in writing for a specific product, we do not collect government fees at all — you pay them directly to the authority.

Prices are in euro. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and no VAT is recoverable on anything we invoice. Prices shown are the total amount payable to us.

5. What we need from you

The quality of what we produce depends entirely on what you give us. You agree that:

  • the information and documents you provide are true, accurate and your own (or that you are authorised to provide them for another traveller);
  • you will tell us promptly if something changes — a new passport, a changed travel date, a refused application elsewhere;
  • you will not ask us to state anything untrue on an application.

Providing false information to an immigration authority is a serious matter that can result in refusal, entry bans and, in some countries, prosecution. If we discover that information you have given us is false, we stop work and tell you what we found. You pay only for the work we had genuinely completed before we stopped, calculated as a proportion of the total price agreed; we refund the balance. If your 14-day right to cancel is still running, it is unaffected. We explain in writing what we charged for, and you can dispute it under section 11.

5.1 Applying for other people

If you apply for another traveller — a family member, a companion — you confirm that you have their permission to give us their personal data and documents, and that you will pass on what we send you. For anyone under 18 you confirm you have parental responsibility or the guardian's consent.

6. Deadlines and timing

Processing times published by authorities are estimates made by those authorities, not commitments by us. They are frequently exceeded, especially around holidays and peak season.

We will tell you what the authority currently states, and we will flag when your travel date leaves too little margin.

We cannot make an authority go faster. Where an authority is slow, that is neither something we caused nor something we can be responsible for. But if a decision arrives late because we were late — because we did not do our part in time — that is our failure, and section 9 applies to it normally.

6.1 Our own timescale

Separately from the authority's processing time, these are our commitments, and they are what "fully performed" means in the Refund Policy:

  • we begin work within one working day of your payment and your request to start;
  • for preparation-and-handoff products (Vietnam, Cambodia) we deliver your checked application pack and filing instructions within 2 working days;
  • for Kenya, a specialist reviews and lodges within 3 working days.

If we are going to miss one of these, we tell you before the deadline, not after. You then choose: wait, or take a full refund of our fee. If we miss it without telling you, you get a full refund whether or not you ask.

Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Irish public holidays.

Book refundable travel, or leave real margin. This is the single most common cause of disappointment in this industry and we would rather say it plainly than have you find out.

7. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for what happens under your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used to submit false information, to apply on behalf of people who have not consented, or in a way that is unlawful.

8. Automated processing and human review

We use software, including machine-learning models, to read documents and to check applications for consistency.

No model decides your immigration requirements. Requirements come from rules we have recorded from official sources, each with the source, the URL and the date it was verified. A request about a rule never reaches a language model. This is a technical control in our system, not merely a policy.

Where a specialist review is part of a product, a person carries it out.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the statutory rights it gives you. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything here.

Subject to that:

  • We are responsible if we fail to provide the service with reasonable care and skill — for example if we make an error in preparing your application, or fail to do work you paid for.
  • We are not responsible for a decision of an immigration authority or a border officer; for delay by an authority; for consequences of information you gave us that was wrong or incomplete; or for an authority changing its rules after we have completed our work.
  • Where we are liable, we are liable for loss that was reasonably foreseeable at the time you purchased — loss we knew, or ought to have known, was likely to follow from the kind of failure that occurred. We are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, nor for loss you could have avoided by taking reasonable steps, including the steps we set out in section 6.

We do not exclude liability for foreseeable loss caused by our breach, and nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.

10. Ending the contract

Your right to cancel, and when a refund is due, are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please contact us first at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and to resolve within fourteen.

If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) in Ireland, or the European Consumer Centre Ireland if you live in another EU or EEA state.

We are not obliged to use, and have not committed to using, any alternative dispute resolution body.

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025, when Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 repealed the ODR Regulation. We do not link to it, because a link to a platform that no longer exists would mislead you about where to take a complaint.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in another EU or EEA member state, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms — for example when we add a product or when an authority changes its rules. The version that applies to your purchase is the version in force when you paid, and we keep previous versions available.

If a change materially reduces what you receive and work has not yet been completed, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund of our fee.

EntryNova shows entry requirements from verified official sources and helps you prepare your application. We are not a government authority and have no affiliation with any government. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice, and we never predict whether an authority will approve an application.
